Electropolishing Portfolio

The parts below were electropolished at Harrison's Houston facility or on-site by our field crews. They range from batches of small machined components and sanitary fittings to tube bundles, manifolds, process vessels, screen baskets and welded frames too large for most shops, in 304 and 316L stainless, duplex, AL-6XN and nickel alloys including Hastelloy and Inconel. Every one shipped with a certificate of conformance, and the finish-specified work with profilometer Ra readings.

If your part looks like one of these, we have probably done it. If it doesn't, send a drawing or a photo with the alloy, the finish specification and your delivery date and we will quote within one business day.

Electropolishing

Harrison Electropolishing, the Leading Electropolishing, Passivation, Oxygen Cleaning & Mechanical Polishing Company World Wide.

Electropolishing is an electrochemical process by which surface material is removed by anodic dissolution. Electropolishing removes surface material, beginning with the high points within the microscopic surface texture. By removing these points, the electropolishing process will improve the surface finish of a metal such as stainless steel, nickel, and Hastelloy, leaving a smoother and more reflective surface. Common parts and components electropolished include tanks, piping, fittings, rods, discs, large parts & surfaces, and more.
